10 Dec 2023 – Australia Post Cut-off dates
If you choose standard shipment, please place your orders before December 16th so that we have one day to prepare your cards. This ensures they are ready for posting by December 18th, and you receive the cards before Christmas. Customers in Western Australia and Tasmania may want to consider placing orders by the 14th, as delivery to these regions typically takes longer.
While express shipment can be faster, it’s worth noting that Australia Post may experience delays during this time of the year.
5 Dec 2023 – Donation
Thank you to all our customers for your support through purchases throughout the year. Today, we made a donation to SCHF (a Children’s Hospitals Foundation) from a fixed amount derived from each card sold. Due to the narrow profit margins of our cards, the donation amount may be modest. Nonetheless, we are committed to sustaining this initiative, seeking to strike a balance between the costs for our customers and the benefits to our community. We also express our gratitude to the generous donors for doubling today’s donation.
3 Dec 2023 – Australia Post Delivery
We have noticed that Australia Post has experienced extended delivery time and errors recently, likely due to its high volume of activity at this time of the year. To ensure timely receipt, we recommend placing your card order as early as possible. This way, even if an error occurs, we may be able to assist. If it is too late, we may not be able to.

Today, we introduced a menu called ‘Team’s Picks’ for our busy customers who prefer a quick selection to try. However, curating this menu was a challenging task for us because each card is unique and amazing. Therefore, we recommend skipping this menu if you prefer to choose your favorites.

To assist our customers in saving on delivery costs, we have introduced a regular service option at a flat rate of AU$6.5 for deliveries within Australia.
Please note that our express postage has increased by AU$1 and is now available at a flat rate of AU$9.95 for deliveries within Australia.
The regular delivery timeframe is estimated to be 4-7 business days, depending on the destination.
For express delivery, you can expect a timeframe of 2-5 business days, also dependent on the destination.

For NSW (as our business is located in Sydney): December 19, 2022 (Please note that the last order date is December 18, 2022, to receive the cards before Christmas. This allows us one day to handle parcels. After this date, you may still have a chance to receive your cards by Christmas, but it is not guaranteed.)
For other states: December 15, 2022 (Please note that the last order date is December 14, 2022, to receive the cards before Christmas. This allows us one day to handle parcels. After this date, you may still have a chance to receive your cards by Christmas, but it is not guaranteed.)
